COVID-19 Visiting your GP Surgery
PLEASE WEAR FACE COVERINGS
Covid-19 protections are still in place in this surgery.
In line with current Government guidance patients are required to continue to wear a face covering in all healthcare settings.
Face coverings primarily protect others, so doing so - unless exempt - is key to preventing spread of infections.
CONTINUE TO RESPECT (2M) SOCIAL DISTANCING
WASH/SANITISE HANDS REGULARLY
TEST AND ISOLATE IF YOU HAVE ANY SYMPTOMS
If you have symptoms you must get a PCR test as soon as possible and before visiting your GP. Rapid lateral flow tests should not be used to confirm infection.
It's vital that you and anyone in your household isolate until you receive your test result, and for 10 days thereafter if the result is positive.

Practice History
The original “Clarendon House” was built in 1967 and adjoined Donneybrook House, the whole building providing accommodation for 14 doctors. These premises were in fact one of the first purpose-built medical centres in the country from which such a large number of general practitioners provided medical services.
In September 1993, the practice moved into temporary premises for about a year before taking up occupancy of the present-day building which had undergone substantial modification to become suitable for the provision of general medical services in a modern, spacious and well-equipped medical centre.
Opening Times
We are open every weekday between 8.00am and 6.30pm; closed at weekends and bank holidays.
