‘What matters to You?’ – 6th June 2019
‘What matters to you?’ (WMtY) is a NHS England national campaign which aims to encourage and support a more meaningful conversation between people who provide health and social care services, and the people, families and carers who receive health and social care.
On the 6 June, and during the month of June 2019 the Tameside and Glossop Single Strategic Commission (Tameside and Glossop CCG and Tameside Council) will be encouraging people to have a ‘What matters to you?’ conversation with local people in Tameside and Glossop, and as staff who work on the frontline it would be great if you could join us by completing a postcard shortly in your surgery.
It really won’t take up much of your time. The postcards are already pre-paid for people to complete, and post back.
We would be really grateful if you could support this initiative. You cann also leave feedback via the link here: www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/wmty2019
