Due to the changes in the way practices are currently operating this has caused a significant increase in the demand on the telephone system, meaning it may take longer than normal/you would prefer to get through to us. We ask you to be patient with us as the team work extremely hard to get to each call as quickly as possible. We know it can be frustratring when you have to wait and that your call is important to you, but remeber the call before yours was important to that person too. Shouting at the reception team will not help and being rude or abusive will not be tolerated. Please speak to team members in a manner you would wish to be spoken to. It may be worth considering alternative ways of contacting the practice such as the online patient access service or via email for non clinical questions. Please work with us to help you.
